The idea of Football Masterclass Gear for Gambia appeal is for children and adults to donate boots which no longer fit, donation of old football shirts and we also call upon local teams to donate old kits which are no longer used by the club.

Training equipment is the main focus, cones , bibs , goals , footballs etc. One of the teams we are supporting is Vidar Football Club in Bakau, they have produced 3 international players who represented the U17's in the World Cup in Peru and all 3 players played in the victorious game against the mighty Brazil.

Clint Widdowson, owner of Arches Lane Auto Spares, Rugby has generously agreed to fund the cost of sending the packages to Gambia, if there are any other local companies who wish to assist with the costings of the project please do not hesitate to contact Daniel Elliott of Football Masterclass.

Coventry City Football Club have also agreed to assist the appeal with their help and the local people of Rugby and throughout Warwickshire this appeal can become a great success.
